Advance Payments and Token Amounts

Any token advance, booking advance, reservation amount, registration charge, or initial payment made towards a property or service may become non-cancellable once the booking process is initiated. Administrative work, legal verification, documentation procedures, and project allocation activities often begin immediately after confirmation.Cancellation requests related to advance payments will be reviewed only at the sole discretion of Coimbatore Plots and Villas by Arrugam Buildco and may be subject to deductions, processing charges, administrative expenses, or complete cancellation restrictions based on project conditions.

Construction and Service Cancellation
